Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your BrainToon account and associated data at any time.
BrainToon is operated by Dariusz Wydra, based in Ontario, Canada.
How to request deletion
Email us at support@braintoonapp.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Please include:
To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify your identity before completing a deletion request.
- The email address used for your BrainToon account.
- Your user ID (optional, found in the Profile screen).
What we delete
- Account profile and onboarding data.
- Listening history, progress, and preferences.
- Saved lists, queue data, and other app activity.
What we may retain
We may retain limited information as required by law, for security purposes, or to resolve disputes. We may also retain aggregated or anonymized analytics that cannot reasonably identify you.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to avoid future billing.
Timing
We aim to complete deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days.
Deletion applies to your BrainToon account data in our active systems. Copies of data may remain in backups for a limited time but will not be used for active processing.
